1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bijlikart.com (the “Platform”) and any purchase of electrical supplies, switches, cables, fixtures, or automation hardware from Bijlikart Enterprises (“Bijlikart”, “we”, or “us”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Customer Account & Authentication

To place orders on Bijlikart, you must authenticate using your mobile number via One-Time Password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact details and ensuring that your delivery address and plot pin are accurate. Bijlikart is not liable for delayed delivery resulting from incorrect customer phone numbers or incomplete addresses.

3. Catalog Information, Pricing & Taxes

• Genuine Products: All products listed on Bijlikart are sourced directly from verified brand distributors. Product images and specifications represent authentic commercial stock.
• Pricing & MRP: The maximum retail price (MRP) and discounted selling price are displayed transparently on every product detail page and in your cart.
• Goods & Services Tax (GST): All listed prices include applicable GST. Registered businesses and contractors can provide their GSTIN during checkout to receive official tax invoices for input tax credit (ITC).
• Price Verification: While we endeavor to ensure accurate pricing, if an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, Bijlikart reserves the right to cancel the order and issue an immediate full refund.

4. Orders, Fulfillment & Delivery

Bijlikart operates a hyperlocal distribution model centered around our warehouse hubs in Patna, Bihar. Delivery serviceability is determined by your 6-digit postal pincode.

• Standard Delivery: Economical, scheduled delivery to your home or construction site, typically fulfilled within our standard daily delivery windows.
• Express Delivery: Rapid 60–90 minute delivery for urgent site requirements, available in active pilot zones (801109, 801505, 801503, 801113).
• Site Unloading & Handover: Products are delivered to the ground floor or entrance of the designated address. Customers or site supervisors are requested to verify package counts upon handover.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

Customers may cancel an order free of charge at any time before the order is dispatched from our local hub. Once an order is handed over to a delivery rider and marked as “Out for Delivery”, cancellations may be subject to a nominal delivery recovery charge unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

6. Manufacturer Warranties

Electrical products (including MCBs, DBs, modular switches, and LED fixtures) carry manufacturer warranties provided directly by the respective brands (e.g., Polycab, Havells, Goldmedal). Bijlikart provides an official GST tax invoice with every order, which serves as your valid proof of purchase for warranty service claims at authorized brand service centers across India.

7. Limitation of Liability

Electrical wiring, switchboard installation, and circuit breaker setup should only be performed by certified, licensed electricians in accordance with local building codes. Bijlikart Enterprises is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from improper installation, overloaded circuits, or unauthorized electrical modifications.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with orders placed on Bijlikart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar.
